Thank you for demanding Great Lakes Basin Railroad produce an application to construct their un-needed rail line. Having lived 92 years I have seen a lot of con men and snake oil salesmen, do not allow this company any more time to muddy the process with an incomplete application. Please reject an incomplete application and end this project. This company has yet to show one railroad willing to use their line and 2 of the 6 have already said they will not work with Great Lakes Basin Railroad, this is not a viable project and it needs to be rejected. Please issue a no build ruling once you have received their application and end this project as soon as possible. Sincerely, Virginia Gaw
