Dear Ms. Rutson. I am pleased you issued a firm date by which the un-needed Great Lakes Basin Railroad must submit a formal application to your office. Please insist when they submit their application that it is complete and allow them little to no time to revise an incomplete application. They have had over a year to produce this document and should not need any more time to work on it. Failure to submit a complete and accurate application should result in a complete denial of this project. An application should be quite simple and if such a task as that can not be completed accurately, how will they operate a rail line?
