Thank you for issuing a firm date by which Great Lakes Basin Railroad must submit a formal application to your office. Please hold them to equally high standards when they produce their application. Their previous submittals of information to your office and the public are lacking in specifics and details and I fear they will seek to drag out this process even longer by providing you a less than complete application. Please allow them a very limited amount of time to correct any application omissions.
