Thank you for issuing a date by which Great Lakes Basin Railroad must submit an application to your office. Please insist they produce a complete application and grant little to no exceptions or additional time to them when they submit an incomplete application on May 1, 2017. great Lakes Basin Railroad has shown in the past their inability to comply with details and they must be held to the highest of standards given the seriousness of this proposal. Please do not allow them to draw out this project with incomplete applications and bogus requests for additional time because they overlooked portions of the application. Additionally I am ask for a no build ruling as this company has shown they are incapable of complying with detail response to information requests from your office and have shown a complete disregard for providing a viable route or business plan.
