To the Surface Transportation Board, Please deny any further extension dates for the Great Lakes Basin plan. Landowners throughout the three planned lines are sitting in limbo. Our lives are on hold in respect to our land and homes. It is completely unfair that we can continue to be held hostage to GLBR which is unneeded considering the CREATE plan. Please make April 30th the final extension date so we can get on with the environmental study.
