Please deny Great Lakes Basin Railroad's request to extend the suspension of the environmental review process. This company has had ample time to contract with customers and acquire financing. Their inability to produce one company willing to use their route should be enough for you to terminate this process. Added to this 2 of the 6 Class One Railroads have publically stated they will not use the route. I am asking you to please issue a final date by which Great Lakes Basin Railroad must submit a finalize proposal, or simply issue a no build ruling based on the information previously submitted.
