I am writing to ask you to deny the Great Lakes Basin Railroad's request for an extension of the suspension of the environmental review process for their in-needed rail line. I am asking you to issue a date by which this company must submit all documentation, including financial, contracted customers, and a final route, to your office. This company's one paragraph status update is unacceptable. Please issue a final date by which this company must have final plans submitted or your office will consider the project ended. I further urge you to issue a no build ruling as this line will destroy the peace and serenity of the rural areas it would run through. Respectfully, Virginia Gaw
