Please deny the Great Lakes Basin Railroad's request for an extension of the suspension of the environmental review process. They have already submitted to your office their plans, they have revised those plans once and said the revised route is perfect, they then asked for a suspension of the process so they may decide if they want to file an application, they responded to a status update request with a letter indicating they need customers before they can file an application, when will this process end? Their founder and CEO Frank Patton indicates publically this process has been in the works for years before they contacted your office, for a man who has been working on this for years his inability to produce a solid plan or to identify even one customer is appalling to me. I am asking for your to issue an immediate no build ruling and be done with this process. At the very least please issue a firm date by which Great Lakes Basin Railroad must submit a application by or the project will be considered terminated. Sincerely, Mary Scheppler
