Dear Ms. Rutson, I am writing to ask you to deny the Great Lakes Basin Railroad's request for an extension of the suspension of the environmental review process. This company has taken up enough of your time and the public's time on this project. You formally asked them for a status report, what they came back with was a one paragraph letter stating we need more time to acquire financing and customers. This all should have been lined up before they even contacted your office to begin this entire process. Great Lakes basin Railroads suggestion that the suspension be extend should be denied and they should be given a set deadline to submit an application to your office or your office will consider the project terminated. I am urging you to deny their request for a time extension and issue a tentative no build recommendation. Sincerely, Fred Scheppler
