I am writing to urge you to deny Great Lakes basin Railroads request for a continuation of the suspension of the environmental review process. Great Lakes Basin has had ample time to complete the tasks involved in this process. At the very least I am asking that no further extensions be granted to this company. As a college student I find it appalling that Frank Patton can not even properly identify his company's name in his letter. I also find them to be like all college students, waiting until the last minute to complete what should have been done before they applied for permission to seek the ability to construct this line. Mr. Patton has had years to formulate and finalize a proper plan, yet here he is asking for even more time. Mr. Patton also did not provide you with a proper update or status report. This is not acceptable. This companies inability to complete a simple task, an update, their inability to ensure simple details in a letter, such as the name of his company, are correct are huge red flags indicating they are not serious about their task. operating a rail line is not a task that can be left to individuals who ignore the details. Too many lives are at risk as well as the environment to allow this company to operate a rail line. I am urging you to deny their extension request, deny any application to build a rail line, and immediately issue a no build ruling against them. Great lake's basin has wasted enough of your time and the public's time on this in-needed rail proposal. Sincerely, Abe Henker
