Hello Ms. Rutson, I'm writing to ask you to please further consider the 5,000 plus comments regarding environmental concerns/socioeconomic concerns/unfair and unjust use of eminent domain for private profit/degradation of farmland/etc. that have ALREADY been submitted to date. This ongoing threat over peoples homes and livelihood has gone on far too long, especially at the tax payers expense. I cannot begin to express my hundreds of concerns so I'll be attaching 4 letters already written to the STB and previously submitted. These are written far better than any words I will be able to cobber together, and come from more than just an individual self. These letters are from governmental agencies (Illinois Dept. Natural Resources, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning) among other groups who provide value to communities and people (Kankakee county soil and water Conservation & National Cattlemans & beef association). Please consider these well written letters and facts about this project.
