By closing or frequently blocking small county roads the GLB rail would effectively cut off families and friends, disrupt local travel and make it much more difficult for farmers to get to their fields. If profits from this rail are so good have them elevate over all of the small roads. This would eliminate the burden on the rural communities and be much safer. Have the people making the profits serve the community!
