Dear Mr. Navecky, I am very concerned about the proposed railroad project, as this will disturb many conservation practices that have been implemented on our prime farmland. These practices include waterways for surface drainage, tile drainage projects, farmland preservation practices, Conservation Stewardship Programs to name a few. These projects have been funded by Farmers, Landowners, Local,State, and Federal Government Dollars. It would be a shame to have these disturbed. Thank You for your time and consideration.
