The Great Lakes Basin Railroad is an outdated and environmentally harmful proposal. Why allow them to simply move trains off existing tracks onto new ones? Great Lakes Basin Railroad is not proposing a new clean form of transportation, all they want is to take the existing trains and move them, creating environment problems as they build the new tracks. Great Lakes Basin Railroad needs to propose a new clean form of transportation and not just the moving of trains to a new area.
