The proposed route runs right through my family farm on the Boone and Dekalb county line. This is very disturbing as our farm is both our livelihood and how we make a living. It's neither fair nor right for someone to just plan something through people's private property to benefit them. Being a privately funded railroad is exactly what this is, a way for someone to make a lot of money off of someone else by bullying them.
