As I understand, the GLB would exist mainly to haul oil. With all of it's resulting damage: spills,leaks, explosions, water and air pollution, climate change, etc., oil needs to become a thing of the past--the energy of the 20th century. Instead of inflicting his dirty legacy" on us, Frank Patton could invest in clean, renewable energy which has to be our FUTURE, the energy of the 21st century, and a much more noble "legacy". This area already has many abandoned railroad tracks, with the damage already done to the land."
