Please re-open comment period regarding the Great Lakes Basin transportation railroad. I oppose the building of the railroad on a number of environmental and logistic points. Among them impact on land and soil and conservation programs in the area. Logistically the crossings at multiple roads. CREATE is already involved in relieving Chicago area congestion.
