I am opposed to building the rail road for several reason, All of the houses in my area have wells for water a derailment could contaminate the water source for humans and animals. Road closing is the main access to the town not only inconvenience and cost to travel farther to the stores but also longer response for safety crews to have access to the area.I am sure my home insurance will be increased because of availability. What effect will it have on property value, I moved out into the country to get away from noise,
