Dear Victoria Ruston & Staff, since the request for more information from the GLB was filed yesterday Nov 30th, I have something to point out. While the GLB would have you think that there is nothing in the way of their proposed railport in SUMNER TOWNSHIP not Manteno like they want to disguise it.....15,000 acres of it, no less....I want the STB officials to come out to view this 15,000 acre area! No, I want the STB to come out and view every inch of the proposed track and the proposed rail port! Every inch!!! so that you can see we are developed! We have homes and farms and our land is not for sale! How dare ANY individual request for you to allow them to take away property owners land and farms??? Why is our human environment not important?? This has gone on far too long. This has been an illegal process from the beginning and you seem to be allowing it to continue. Stop wasting tax payer money on a study and REJECT this proposal now!
