I continue to have many concerns about GLB toll" railroad running thru my farm property and next to my home. The latest info I received is that GLB only plans to have two overpasses in Winnebago County...Rte 20 and Rte 75. 29 roads would be crossed causing a huge financial burden on the county for any crossings or overpasses. To date I don't believe any railroads have indicated an interest in using this "toll" railroad. Please don't allow this to happen."
