I am asking that the comment period be reopened and I oppose that this railroad be built.I can not imagine what it would be like if this railroad is allowed to be built.As a home owner you decide were to live taking into consideration many things. Now after 20 years and thinking about retirement my house value will plummet as well as the peace and quite of our subdivision. Please reconsider what this railroad would do to this community! Thank you Scott miller
