This planned railroad is directly adjacent to my property here on Forest Preserve Road in Rockton IL. this will have a very adverse affect on my safety, my farm land. The impact on my environment is very negative with both the sound and the potential for contamination of our ground water. This is VERY illegal to take our private land for private gain!! the potential road closures, potential derailments, the noise, our plummeting property values, and the adverse effect on our area schools is very frightening and alarming. it is wrong to allow this private company to take away our peace and quiet here in the rural Rockton area. Please consider all of these things in your decision.
