There has been no reasonable efforts to tell the public why this new railroad is so critical for the USA national security or local economic interests which require that the Federal government needs to invoke eminent domain. Eminent domain if used incorrectly is not fair, and it would appear that in this case the local public does not know what business or government agendas are being pursued. We can only guess this is being done so that some unknown group of rich people or corporations who have more influence than ordinary people will make money and that people losing bicentennial family farms and houses are only collateral damage"."
