I Joshua Johnson am opposed to this railroad being built; I find it deplorable that this railroad would want to hurt the local residents: lowering property value, causing unnecessary noise pollution, and removing trees that have been less impacted by secondary removal, also this will not bring in local jobs. Secondly I am offended that a private company would try and use the governments eminent domain policy; even though this is not an emergency needed item. Acts like this is how one ends up with wood pulp substances in cheese; without it being clearly notated. I would like to point out that I am not against the railroad its self; just the location that has been picked, having it closer to a highway, not in the middle of farmers fields.
