To whom it may concern, I strongly urge you to reject the alternate route proposed by Great Lakes Basin Transportation Inc. The GLBRR will traverse Winnebago county residences, farms, businesses, watersheds, and protected natural areas, permanently altering and damaging them. Additionally, the GLBRR will increase risk of derailments as well as other events that may prove catastrophic to the community. The community and surrounding natural area will bare the economic and environmental burden while the private Great Lakes Basin Transportation Inc benefits financially. I have attached a photograph taken today(11/21/2016) of over a hundred federally protected Sandhill Cranes grazing in a field which the proposed GLBRR would destroy. This threatened species was once on the verge of extinction due to the destruction of their natural habitat, the same habitat this rail road would destroy. Sincerely, Aaron T Hall
