My life savings are in my house. NO TRAINS. I live withing 1 mile where trains will pass. My property value will go down. This is a private company. No eminent domain for big business! is not for good of the people! PLEASE! If something needs to get to its destination faster, use trucking. This is only for their convience to make more money for themselves with no benifit to people in this area. What happens if there is a spill? who pays for clean up? What about our two main rivers.
