Mr. Navecky Due to the extensive nature of the proposed preferred route change. I would request a Re-Opening of a comment period for all residents now impacted by this route change. Many residents were not located anywhere in the vicinity of the previous proposed route and may have not made any comment on this project then. Now that the route is impacting new citizens I feel it necessary to allow these citizens to be able to voice there individual concerns. The newly impacted citizens should not bear the brunt of Great lakes basin Railroad submitting a flawed proposal in past submissions by forcing a new route on others that will have no ability to have a formal comment.
