To the members of the Surface Transportation BFD 35952 To the STB Board Since the comment period is open again and we have had a chance to review the new preferred route by GLBT we are in strong opposition for the same reasons stated earlier. This route continues to endanger the lives, livelihoods and the environment of the entire area. Since Frank Patton and the GLBT LLC. have refused to provide all the pertinent information required by the STB we feel as though the ruling from the STB should be to deny the project going forward and end the stress and anxiety it is causing the residents in all three states. Two different Federal judges in two separate hearings concerning the proposed Illiana Toll Road have denied the project going forward for environmental reasons as well as economically unsound reasoning. We feel the same should be true for this project. The emotional stress that has been placed upon the states’ residents, EMS, schools and businesses, including farmers, isn't being addressed at this point and it should be. If Frank Patton and GLBT aren't going to be forthcoming with the necessary information it prolongs this problem. Therefore; we are calling upon the STB to end this now and deny the GLBT project in its entirety.
