In 1970? the city took 6 acres from Effie and Reynolds Brown (the owners at the time) for the Kent Creek Flood Control Project. Now GLB Railroad wants to run train tracks thru this same area which is wet land, which the ARMY Corp of Engineers over seen. How can they put a railroad track thru this land?
