To Whom It May Concern: I own property were this GLB Railroad plans to go through, right through my property. I own and operate Rivers Edge Campground and Coffee Shop, A Quarry(Faulkner's Qaurry), and Farm with the rest of the old homestead. I will not be able to have a camper here at the campground for who will want to camp next to a campground? You, or anyone else, I really don't think so. The coffee shop, will be close because no one will be able to get here after the roads are closed for the railroad to go through. What about the Quarry the railroad plans on going through also, is that so they don't have to pay for the rock that they will need on the rail line some where? The rest of the farm is affected by this railroad, how do I get to the other side of the farm to do hay for the animal I have? And other crops that I grow and take to the grocery store and sell direct? Specialy when the roads are closed for the railroad to come through? I will have to drive about 5 miles to the other side to feed animals and pick crops, this is time I don't have to spare. Then we come to how close the railroad is to my house that I live in and that my kids and grandkids come to, it will be about 50 to 75 feet from north side of my house, who was planning this railroad, down the middle of someone property and splitting the 100 acres in half? And final what about the Indian Mounds that are here on the property, are you going to let this GLB Railroad just destory them I have about 20. I have contacted the Ho-Chunk Indian Nations about this Matter because you at the STB seem to be doing nothing about this or are not giving anyone in the county a meeting to voice our concerns about any of these matters. When I talked with Jim Webster about this, who is our township board member, he told me I had no business doing this, and who is he to tell me that? Makes me wonder how long the Winnebago County Board in Illinois has been consorting with the GLB about a route through the county. The earliest I can find document is 2010. So are you going to stop this GLB Railroad or Not? Thank you for your time, Brenda
