My comment is NO WAY! This doesn't apply to a fair or reasonable explanation of the use of eminent domain nor do I want to see the rails cutting across this area and its farmland. Go away. Docket #FD35952 The only one to benefit from this rail line would be the 'privately owned' rail company. It doesn't generate economical benefit to those properties and it decreases land value. Don't forget the fact that it's just too aggressive and not socially responsible to the communities you are willing to trample/section into pieces. Again, Go Away!
