The Great Lakes Basin Rail line has been re routed through western Winnebago county and the comment period has been closed. I am requesting that the comment period for the GLB RR be re opened so the tax paying citizens of western Winnebago County will have an opportunity to voice our concerns over the environmental and agricultural impact on our land. The GLBRR is an Investment for profit driven project that is not needed . There are alternate means to transport these environmentally hazardous products and those should be utilized. Please re open the comment period. Thomas m Benthien
