First, I am concerned that GLBT has been allowed to change the route after the public hearing was closed. That was never foretold in the hearings or your brochures, that the potential applicant could move the route after the hearings were closed. Second, will then the submittals by the newly impacted owners be included in this study? I do not want to encourage the landowners to take the time to describe their environmental concerns if they would be merely put in the circular file. Julie Newhouse Capron, IL
