In light of the fact that there are so many newly affected people because of GLBTs new submitted route (available September 20), I believe a new commenting period should be officially opened and additional scoping meetings scheduled. Given the fact that GLBT was given the period of July 5th to November 10th by the 2 requests(a period of 129 days) I feel a 90 day period should be given to the general public. One example of new concerns that need to evaluated is the route proximity to the town of Winnebago Illinois. The route cuts through the school district, is within 1/4 mile of a residential subdivision, is within 2 miles of the public schools, etc. Thank You for your consideration.
