I writing today to ask for your to reopen or extend the period for public comment on the Great Lakes Basin RR. This new route affects a different group of people, including myself. We need to be given a chance to express our opinions. This may not be the place for this but I am devastated by the new route, which is less than a half mile from my house that is currently being built. This house was our dream home that we have saved for our whole life. Now our quiet country setting will not only be disrupted by one close crossing but four. Thank you for your consideration.
