Please consider alternate routes for the Great Lakes Basin Railroad. The exisiting railroads through the United States are more than sufficient to go around the Chicago loop and help with congestion issues. Therefore I feel we do not need a new rail system as do the existing railroads now. Please block this railroad and say no.
