Dear Sirs, I am writing this letter on behalf of the citizens of Winnebago Township. Many have voiced concerns over the building of the rail system using the purposed path. Many family farms will be affected by this route, and in all fairness to people who have had the land in their families for generations, your plan needs to be rerouted. This route will not only destroy land, but wildlife and forestry as well. Big business does not have the right to anything they want, especially when it is being opposed so strongly. When intelligent people sit down and listen to each other, solutions can be reached. I implore this committee to work with, and listen to, the suggestions being made by the people it is going to affect. Sincerely, Leslee A. Dimke Winnebago Township Supervisor
