I am against the GLB project for numerous reasons as listed below Major issues with the environment for our generation and generations to follow that include wildlife and drainage issue that need to be address against the limited value of this railroad. Safety issues with additional railroad crossings added and limited access to areas during emergencies. It is my understanding that some roads will be closed as well as some roads and entrance to property will not have gates. Additional burden in costs will be incurred by local government and local land owners. These costs include emergency response teams, drainage issues etc. There is no proven need that their is a need for this railroad - Union Pacific is not supporting this railroad and have spent billions along with other major railroads to correct many if not all of the issues that GLB says are needed.
