Dear mr navecky, This is the last time I will write to you in regard to this docket. Oh how I've enjoyed our exchanges on here.....NOT. I ask that the surface transportation board carefully review all of the 3500 plus incoming correspondences and come to the realization that the only alternative for this proposal is the no action one. It's NOT needed and that has been proved. The glbt has NOT proven the actual need, but through the hard work of a lot of people we have proved that it is not. Additionally, the environmental concerns are so great that this should stop this proposal dead in its tracks (See what I did there). Our attorney, tom McFarland has sent our motion for opposition of this project. I ask that my questions be responded to individually and chronologically and that our attorney is copied on those replies.
