Safety. I am opposed to the Great Lake Basin Project as it pertains to disruption/delays of emergency vehicles where my life is at stake. July-2015, I had a heart attack. The ambulance got to me and got me to the hospital in about 30 minutes: spared. December 2015-pulmonary embolism-minutes mattered: I was spared, because the ambulance got me to safety. December-bloody nose-I rushed to the ER and hours passed getting the bleeding to stop: spared. I have been very fortunate getting to the hospital in time! The GLB project will stand between my home and the hospital. Even one delay in getting to the hospital-one lengthy GLB train, for example, an impedance, and I could become a statistic. This freight train will be a detriment to my health, and I am opposed to it.
