July 14, 2016 FD 35952 I am writing in concern that our mailed letters are not being scanned on your end and posted properly as we can not view a lot of them. My 8 page priority mailed letter sent June 10, 2016 and you have as received on June 14, 2016 - #EI-24659 posted on July 14, 2016. Is only one example. I can see the posting #EI-24679 is my fathers and it was a hand written mailed letter received on June 16, 2016 posted on July 14, 2016 is the same - cant view letter. Several neighbors that I know are also same. I would hope we are being given credit for these. I also have 5 family letters sent on June 3, 2016 that have never been posted. I resubmitted them by e-filing on July 12, 2016 but they still,haven't been posted. We want to have proof. Will you be correcting and reposting these letters? Please respond and let us know as to why this is happening. Thanks, Laurie Fleishman 815-287-2280
