Please refer to an article in the Times newspaper of Northwest Indiana dated July 14, 2016, page A9. Do you see all the smoke from a derailed train car near Mosier, Oregon? The same thing could happen in Lowell, Indiana next to the middle school and the town's water pumping station. Please don't let this proposed rail line proceed.
