Please deny the GLBRR any routes. Mr. Patton and his group are greedy, money-hungry parasites. If they have so much money, let them upgrade all the existing railways of which many are not being used. Besides, I truely believe he and they" only want to build a hugh industrial park in hopes of pushing the 'not-required' airport through. Don't they realize northeastern Illinois has the BEST and RICHEST soil in the world. When the midwest runs out of water for irrigation and all the fracking takes place, that farmland in going to disappear. Then where will all of us get our food? Besides, as an "LLC", what if they get started, destroy all the land, then realize (too late) they can't recoup their money and just leave their messes for us. Then what will we do? Illinois is still trying to recoup their money from their boon-doggle "Mascoutah" near St.Louis. No wonder we are near bankruptcy!!! DENY the Request, PLEASE."
