When I went to the meeting for the Great Lakes Basin Railroad it was brought up about a pipeline under the ground only a few feet. Their has been problems with just semi trucks. What would a heavy train do going over pipelines? Who would fix this problem? Think of all the lives effected with this. It would be better to transport on exisiting tracks. Please block this railroad.
