I would like to comment on the pending environmental impact study to be conducted for the proposed GLBRR route. I believe the evironmental impact to be minimal. The proposed right of way leaves only a small footprint in most of its route. Wildlife, water , air and soil quality would hardly be affected. Only around the three major rivers would there be a heightened environmental concern , but the proposed engineering for the bridge approcaches and egresses would minimize any potential problems. In summary, I believe the environmental impact to be negligible to all the affected areas. Thank You.
