Mr. Patton is asking you to give him permission to run a railroad through the richest farmland in the world, through an Indian reservation, across may rivers, streams, creeks, waterways, drainage ditches and over the aquifer that thousands of residents rely on for their everyday water use. This would be a major mistake to let this one individual have such a huge affect on a vast area of our state!!! The devaluation of our homes and land would be a loss not only to us as home and land owners but the loss of revenue to our taxing bodies through devaluation would put our already cash strapped state, county and township in even more dire straits. Mr. Patton NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOW!!!! Ken Daggett
