Environmental concerns: 15,000 acre railyards. That's it. That says it all. I don't even have to list the damn reasons. The adjective in this case (15,000) and the noun (railyard) are environmentally concerning simply by the description. Asking for environmental concerns while proposing a 15,000 acre railyard at the cost of valuable farmland is a pretty redundant question, wouldn't you agree? Please choose the no action alternative. Thank You
