I am a local real estate agent, and first of all the negative impact this will have on our property values is a huge concern. I have shown many many homes over the years that are on, or by railroad tracks and have NEVER had a client move forward with that property. We moved out to the country to get away from all of that so it's not fair that now it wants to follow us. The negative impact it will potentially have on our drinking water is a huge concern if there was ever a spill since we are on wells out here. The noise, and inconvenience of having a train come into our town isn't what anybody who moves to the country wants to hear or have to wait for. Please don't move forward with this project. We don't want it in our town!
