Before any more rail lines are built, utilize the existing lines! The east-west rail line from Savannah Il to Elgin Il can not be used at more than 20 percent and the north-south line from Janesville Wi to Rochelle Il can not be used more than 5 percent. Use these lines first before wasting more land!
