We oppose the Great Lakes Basin Railroad Line proposal through Rock County. The proposed path of this railroad track is 4 tenths of a mile from our house. Mr. Patton has called this land Green Land" or in other words land that is just sitting idle. This is agricultural land in full production, it is not green land or simple green space. I am asking that you do a study on where in the United States there is land of the same geological make up as the land in Rock County that Mr. Patton is so ignorant about. Thank you"
